Who we are

At the core of this work is a simple idea. Real change happens when the subconscious mind is involved.

This practice is built around helping people create practical, lasting change through hypnotherapy. My training includes the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the first nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy in the United States, along with earlier training through the Omni Hypnosis Training Center and the Banyan Hypnosis Center.

Because of that background, I don’t rely on a single method. Some issues respond well to direct, suggestion-based work. Others require going deeper and resolving the underlying cause. The approach is always adjusted to the individual, based on what will actually create change, not just what sounds good in theory.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention. Most people experience it every day without realizing it. When you are absorbed in something or lost in thought, your mind is already doing something very similar. In that state, it becomes easier to interrupt patterns that feel automatic and replace them with something more useful.

From there, the work becomes practical. Whether someone is dealing with stress, unwanted habits, confidence issues, or long-standing patterns, the focus is on results that hold up in real life, not just during the session.

Sessions are collaborative and straightforward. You are not giving up control. You are learning how to work with your own mind in a way most people were never taught.

Change does not come from force. It comes from getting the conscious and subconscious mind working in the same direction. Hypnosis is simply a way to make that possible.
